Adrian Paul Spurrell MBA ACIB BSc ARCS

Adrian is an experienced organisational and leadership development consultant. He has extensive experience, within both the public and private sector, working with leaders and managers at all levels of seniority. He brings to his work a deep understanding of finance and business, combined with strong development skills, to deliver sustainable behavioural change in leaders and organisations. His focus is in helping leaders implement intellectually simple, but behaviourally challenging changes that increase organisational performance and encourage talent to thrive.

Adrian’s development experience is broad and includes: working on a one-to-one basis with senior teams/boards; top team coaching and development; facilitating leadership development workshops for senior managers from international matrixed organisations, developing the performance management skills of line managers from both public and private organisations at all grades and from diverse countries; post-merger knowledge captures to ensure effective learning; talent development projects in central and eastern Europe; and broadly based culture change projects.

Adrian has created and delivered development interventions across a wide range of media including: face to face workshops, CBT, web-based learning, paper-based distance learning, video, audio, psychometrics and 360 degree feedback.

Clients have included Government agencies, the Fire Service, Central Departments (including H.M.Revenue & Customs, Department for Work and Pensions, DCSF, DfT, CLG, Home Office, Ministry of Justice, DFID, Department of Health,) NHS Institue as well as major customers in Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services and Petrochemicals, giving him a wide range of experience.
