Helen Roberts
Helen is a health economist who holds an MBA and has recently completed an M Phil in economics at Warwick University. She worked at HM Treasury for 15 years on a range of public policy areas including health and she then worked for the Department of Health developing the Payment by Results program and on Foundation Trusts. She spent a year at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard looking at US health services and since 2005 has been working on health economics consultancy project for the University of Warwick and the NHS Institute among others.
