Jenny Hill - BA [Hons] FCIPD, FRSA, NVQ Assessor
Jenny is an ex NHS graduate trainee with 11 years NHS management before founding Echelon Learning Ltd. In this capacity Jenny has over twenty years experience of designing and implementing complex capacity building organisational development change projects in public and private sectors.
Jenny has held a number of non executive NHS appointments and is currently Senior Independent Director of an acute NHS FT.
The company has made considerable investment in the technology, tools and ‘change content’ that support clients to sustain traction on change programmes at leadership and managing levels and ensure continuous improvement.
As a leader in her field of practical management she designed the Management Workbook Series for Gower and authored Managing Performance (translated into Spanish, Swedish and Russian) and the Gower Video Series including Managing Team Goals and Managing Feedback.
She has authored ‘development suites’ including the Emerging Manager and Developing Successful Change Leaders. She has a keen interest in the part public sector Team Leaders play in sustaining organisational change. Jenny is also a NED on several public bodies.
