Aim
To explore healthcare cultures, the impact culture has on results and how to manage culture todeliver the results that your organisation desires and requires.
Objectives
- To understand how organisational messages affect the culture and the clinical and business results and how to actively create the vision and story for the future results success.
- To create an understanding of how all organisational processes and messages need to be aligned to create the action to achieve desired results
- To explore the role of clinical leaders in balancing short term and long term results and the tensions in creating the culture for success
By the end of the course participants will understand
- The need to manage organisational culture to enable desired results to be achieved
- The power of effective communication in managing culture for success
- The need for clarity of vision and organisational direction and alignment of all work processes to achieve success
- The key role of clinical leaders in creating cultures for success

This interactive workshop is for service managers, clinical leaders at all levels who want to understand how to develop their local cultures to enable delivery of the Next Stage Review and excellent patient care.
