Who is this for?
This interactive workshop is for service managers, clinical leaders, voluntary organisations who want to understand the real costs of the service they offer and how they can maximise benefits for people who use their services
- Commissioners who may want to understand the trade-offs between preventive care and treatment costs? How might a preventive programme help the budget in 2 to 3 years?
- Reconfiguring services? How to understand the benefits of reducing waiting and improving throughput to make a case for service change.
- How to improve safety, quality and reduce bottlenecks by improving throughput and how to demonstrate the benefit.
- How to demonstrate the value of Personalised Care.
How will it work?
The workshop will be structured around your questions. You indicate areas of interest or particular topics or specific operational challenges you are facing and we will address them in the workshop.
Date: This one-day workshop will be held on Tuesday 16th September 2008 and Thursday 24th September 2008. Book early to secure a place on your preferred date.
