Negotiated Relationships at Work
Each individual’s relationships with other individuals in an organisation form that individual’s Social Capital (SC), and close relationships enhance SC. Furthermore, the SC of individuals aggregates into the SC of organisations.
Harvard review 2003
Working relationships between individuals provide the glue that holds organisations together. By skilful negotiating within these relationships, great mutual benefit coupled with the least stress can be rapidly achieved.
Why this workshop is valuable
This workshop offers a unique opportunity for busy professional people to review the key steps to rapidly building (or repairing!) workplace relationships. Few organisations could claim that they are totally automated to the degree that interpersonal communication is redundant. Researchers constantly report that individual relationships are as vital as ever in achieving the goals and objectives of organisations.
This is such a practical, common-sense workshop you will be able to study the techniques one day and watch them achieve results for you at work the VERY next day.
