- That I am not wrong – but different!
- Identified recent listening style and how this should be modified in future
- Updated tips and techniques on negotiation
- Good strategies for stress busting techniques
- Useful hats strategies
- Although I didn’t quite ‘get it’; the NLP Anchor technique I am sure with practice it will be very beneficial
- System thinking and internal customer concept
What could be improved about this workshop
- This type of course would be really useful as a 2 day programme with role play/ self assessments
- A square of chocolate after lunch!
